I love Tags…

Don’t you just love using Tags on your projects?  What a great way  to make a quick card when you don’t have much time!  It is a quick solution to take up the most amount of space when your at a loss for a layout!  This is the last card using the same color schemes as the previous two cards.

I have said before, if you go to so much trouble in selecting the right colors, why not make as many cards as you can at a time!

My record is 8 with the same DP.

Have a fantastic weekend!

Thanks for visiting!

What a week…

What a week it has been!  Summer Break is over and I am back to work, and my son left for the Fall semester of College!  So, needless to say it wasn’t an easy week!  I am happy to say that the tears aren’t flowing as bad today as yesterday.  I am sure going to miss him!!  Good Luck Tyler!!  Anyways, here is a card I made early this summer that I haven’t shared here yet!  I mailed it out this week to a co-worker that took a terrible fall over the summer…hope it cheers her up!

Have a great weekend and thanks again for your support!!!  🙂

Hold your place…

This is my first attempt at making a bookmark, which I think is kinda silly, because it was so quick and has endless possibilities!  This is the latest Challenge over at Stamp TV.  If you look carefully at the close up photo, I took the inside of the flower that I cut out with my Cricut and made another flower with the petals. Next, I would like to attempt one of those corner bookmarks that are real popular. Wish me luck!

As always, enjoy your creative time!

Mix it up Monday Challenge….

I love this photo that Tami Mayberry inspired us with for the Mix it Up Monday Challenge over at Stamp Tv.  The colors are not typically something I would put together which is what intrigued me to give it a try.  I must confess however, I wish I had colored in that beautiful piece of fruit…I did Not!  So before anyone thinks I did…..I had to get that out of the way. LOL  It’s cut from a piece of DP that I bet I have had for 15 years…back when I first started scrapbooking, and then I used pop dots to give it a lift!  It looks like a cherry, but is indeed an apple!

Thanks for stopping by my blog, I so appreciate the visits!

Thinking of you

The card I am posting today is one of my favorites from this week!  I am very pleased with how the final product came together…. and I don’t get to say that to often. This is my last week of vacation…boo hoo…and I hope to have some more time in my studio to whip up some more cards.  If you haven’t read any of my earlier posts…..I have made a total now of 8 cards with one piece of DP and still have some left.  Talk about not being wasteful..huh?

If you ever have any questions about my cards, don’t hesitate to leave me a comment and I will get back to you!

Have a great week!

Mojo Monday-202 Contest

Let me tell you I am on a roll today.  I have made a total of 7 cards from one piece of DP that I absolutely love!  I think that is a record and I still have some of the paper left.  LOL This Mojo Sketch Challenge that I decided to try, was just that…A Challenge.  I was having great difficulties putting it together, but stuck with it and it finally came together!

I can’t thank you enough for stopping by, and always I love to here from you!

Hugs,
