Hello Crafty Friends,
It’s my turn to post a project for April’s Stamp Challenge over at the
Crafty Card Gallery and this is what I have in store!
For this challenge we we’re asked to either use a stamp set that’s been sitting on our desk a while,
something you bought and forgot about, or your most recent purchase.
Well, My card today has a mixture of all 3.
First, The Umbrella stamp I decided I have had for at least 8 years.
The Washi tape under the green paper is something that was sitting on my desk and
I had yet to put it away.
Finally, The sentiment on this card is new! It is from Close To My Heart…..and I love it.
The stamp set is called Card Chatter- Sympathy Occasions… and I highly recommend it.
The inside of the card reads…..”and chase the clouds away!”
Made the clouds myself and the scallop is a Die cut from MFT.
The green umbrella was paper pieced.
Have a great day!

Beautiful cards on your blog. Thanks for stopping by my blog – I bought a tiny little sewing machine for stitching on my cards and scrapbook pages and my card for the Just Us Girls challenge rather than my ‘proper’ sewing machine. It’s fun to use, lightweight and very portable too!
