Happy New Year to you my faithful followers and blogging friends!
2014 was a great year for me, I’ve been blessed to serve on two Great design teams and have made many new friends along the way! I’ve also gained many new followers and I am so thankful to you for making this blog and card making so worthwhile and rewarding! I hope that when you stop by here either on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and see my creations that you have found some inspiration yourself, just as I am inspired by all of you! May 2015 be the best yet for you and I, along with much more creativity and Health and Happiness too of course!
Now onto today’s card. We are posting a new challenge over at Seize the Birthday and the Toppings Option is perfect for New Year’s Day! The topping this time around is PARTY! So spot on isn’t it? It fits perfectly with our Birthday Challenge. I needed a child’s birthday card so when I ran across this cute DP I thought it would be perfect for my card! I made my Mickey Balloons with some punches and the Scalloped green border is a MFT die that I haven’t used in forever. The other borders are made with my Fishers cutter and the Victorian blade. The sentiment is something I have had forever. The rest is rather self explanatory. Hope you enjoy your New Year’s Day and I don’t know about you, but I will be watching the Rose Bowl with some friends at home! GO NOLES! Nancy

love, Love, LOVE this card! My floridian grandkids LOVE Disney and spend many weekends and holidays over in Orlando. Your card would be so perfect for a BD card for any of my 8 grandkids. I am wondering where your found the Mickey Mouse paper you used on the bottom panel????
