CTS_157Hello Friends,  I hope your week is off to a great start, mine sure is!  I have had quite a lot of opportunity  to get my craft on as of late, which I have thoroughly enjoyed.  My Silhouette Cameo and I are getting to know each other quite a bit better and I think I am in LOVE. LOL  So the card I have for you today was designed using my Cameo and also around the awesome sketch over at CAS(E) this Sketch.  As soon as I saw the Design Teams samples I knew I wanted to play along.  I was swooning over the GD-Kay Miller’s card.  It is just totally awesome!  I started out cutting out the word create using my Cameo and the sun and the clouds and bright green arch were all made with various die cuts.  The stamped and heat embossed sentiment is from Close to My Heart.   Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you also have the opportunity to craft real soon! Maybe if I become real brave or get a nice photo I will show you some of the shirts I have made with my Cameo too.  Take care, Nanc’

  3. Haha! I absolutely love this sentiment with your card. It is really true and so clever of you. I like what you have done with your cameo. Wish I had mine here to play with. I will just have to wait. Great take on this challenge!

  4. Wow how perfect is your take on this sketch. Love it.

  5. AWESOME! Glad you are enjoying your Silhouette!

  6. This just pops with the black background! Fabulous take on the sketch!

  7. Bold move making a black background, Nancy, and it so works. It makes the other colors pop and the whole card look fabulous.
