Hello Friends, What day is it? Yes, It’s Saturday and time for a new challenge over at Just Us Girls. It’s Word Week this week and Bobby has chosen the word BIRD for us. I was in need of a Sympathy card this past week for a co-worker, so I got out my favorite SU heart die and color combination and went to work. I cut out my branch using my dusty old Cricut….LOL that has been so neglected, and the bird is from a Stamp company called Darcies that I haven’t used in forever. I shaded him with a regular pencil. My sentiment is from Stampin Up as well. I also want to welcome our Guest Designer for the month of June…..Cornelia Wenokor. We are so glad you are with us Cornelia!!

You have used this die before and it always makes for a great card. I know this is a sympathy card, but it is adorable. Very clever of you to shade with a pencil.

I love your lacy heart die cut…so pretty. You used your signature color combo and it made a lovely sympathy card. Nice addition with the sweet bird.

Oh how sweet…..beautiful heart die cut. Love your colors, and that sweet bird is just the best!! And adding the little white flowers is the perfect final touch, just really pretty!!!
