Hello Friends, I have been eyeing the challenge over at Merry Monday, where my friend Colleen is hosting, and I nearly missed the deadline. I bought this adorable reindeer stamp at Michaels and when I saw that her challenge was to incorporate a reindeer on your Christmas card, I knew I would finally get a chance to use him. Plus it’s never to early to start on those Christmas cards…now is it? I actually colored him first with colored pencils and then decided to run him through the SU snowflake embossing folder and it worked out perfectly. I managed to avoid embossing the cute reindeer as on the top of the EF the snowflakes are more sporadic. Then I decided to frame him in with my new Scalloped stitched die from MFT and added a double snowbank as well. The sentiment is from SU and the snowflake punch is Martha Stewart. I used glossy accents and glitter on my snowflakes as well.
I hope you enjoy your day, however you wish to spend it. Nanc’

What a cute start on your Christmas cards for next year. I am not in the mood, and may not be for about 10 months. Lol

Adorable Nancy! Some time I want to talk to you about the process of changing to a .com and if it’s worth it!

Hi Pam! To be honest I can’t even remember how I did it! I know that sounds crazy but it’s true! I think I must have been prompted by WordPress because I don’t think I would have given it any thought myself. I pay a very minimal amount for my blog a year! Sorry I can’t be of more help! 😉 I swear I’m getting dimentia!

This is a happy little guy! Such a fun Christmas card. You are starting early. I have an idea for one I would like to make, but really need to make three birthday cards for this month. So hard to find time to craft.
