Over at Inkspirational they have a CASE challenge going on right now, and as soon as I saw it I knew exactly what I was going to do. I got out my trusty Altenew Beautiful Day set and went to work. First, I made the striped background with a SU stencil and brown ink. Then I decided to add stripes with a yellow Prisma Colored pencil to give it some depth. The Altenew main flower is heat embossed and watercolored. The rest of the leaves and flowers were lightly colored with colored pencil. I added the white and black splatters with a child’s old watercolor paint set. They work so well!  Below is the fabulous card that I cased from Erum, I still look at it and swoon!  I made one in pink about a month ago and you can find it HERE.
