Hi, Hope you are having a creative week! I managed to squeeze a bit of time in my studio yesterday and created two cards to share. Have you ever purchased a stamp set and every time you try to love it….you just can’t? That is how I feel about the older set I have for you today by SU, it’s called Lotus Blossom. I decided instead of throwing the blossoms into the circular file after I stamped them, I would forge ahead and see what I could do to jazz them up. However, I have a strong feeling it’s going to be a while again before this set leaves my shelf. As negative as I have been about my card, sorry about that, I must admit I love the Color Cardstock and Ink from SU- it’s called Rich Razzleberry. Both my designs were inspired by this great sketch over at The Paper Players.
Thanks for stopping by, Nanc’
Card Info: The sentiments I used are Stampendous (above) and Ink on 3.
The enamel dots are SU.
The EF’s are…??(leaves) and (flowers)Cuttlebug.
The leaf punch is SU.
Winka Stella on the blossoms too.

So surprised to hear you say that about this set. I love it and I have used it a lot since I got it – I like it in shades of blues, or yellow/oranges, or pinks with rose red. Happy crafting!

Two beautiful cards and great colors. The second one is my favorite, love it. I have this set also. Sometimes I get it just right and sometimes I don’t, but it is a nice set.

Both cards are truly beautiful and the rich colors really pop against the white! Thanks so much for joining us at Paper Players this week!

Well, you certainly made this stamp set shine but I do know what you mean about having that one stamp set that you struggle with. I would definitely say this stamp set won you over though. Gorgeous cards! Thanks so much for joining us this week at The Paper Players!

I don’t know what it is about this stamp that you don’t like, Nancy. It looks lovely to me and you’re right. That colors is fabulous!

Love both these cards Nancy. Sorry it has taken so long to comment. I love that set and as you would have seen – use it often. Rich Razz would have to be my most favourite SU colour. You picked a beautiful colour to showcase that set. Super layouts too.
