Color my world with family, friends and some time to be creative making cards!

Congratulations…

Hello,  Today’s card was inspired by two Challenge sites: Color Throwdown and Inkspirational where they asked us to have 3 or 5 of something. I chose to have 3 hearts on my card and I guess technically I have 3 rectangles too.  I started off stamping my Altenew image in very light ink so I could try my hand at no line watercoloring. Try is the key word! LOL When it was all said and done, the image lacked definement, so I came back with black ink and inked it again. (Poorly I might add, as I had taken it off my Misti and had to try and line it up again.)  All in all, I think it makes a nice Wedding card.

Card Details: Image-Altenew, Sentiment-SU, Scalloped rectangles and hearts-MFT, Gold embossing powder and Nuvo drops

  1. No=line watercoloring is a bugagoo for me, Nancy. I really should practice but I do like the contrast with the dark outline. Your wedding card is lovely with all the white frames surrounding the red rose.

  2. Beautiful wedding card. Your watercoloring looks great and I love the angled frames which show off the pretty flower.

  3. Beautiful card design.

  4. This card has a very artsy look to it with the wonky placed frames and the restamped rose. I like it just a little bit off. It is a gorgeous wedding card. I am pinning it!
