Hello, I hope you are having a great day! Today’s card all began with this fun but slightly challenging photo this week over at Just Us Girls. Lisa really made me put my thinking cap on for this one. After a few days, I had an epiphany and remembered that years ago I had a digital stamp that was a swing. Luckily for me, it was still on my computer. I came to realize I actually downloaded it back in 2006 and it’s from Bugaboo Stamps. They are still going strong, and have a huge variety of stamps, and I have linked up their site for you HERE.
As for the other details on my card: I used Copics and Colored Pencils as my medium. I sponged the sky using Oxide Ink and my MFT stencil. In fact, the rest of the supplies are all MFT. I hope the green cloud stencil looks like the treetop that the swing is hanging from. Hubby said NO, but what does he know? I did some paper piecing too.
The variety of cards inspired by this photo from the Design Team is impressive over at JUGS this week…come check them out. Nanc’

You did a fabulous job on the hair and skin of this cutie. I love the flowers on the swing too. Tell Dave it is a fluffy tree. Looks great!

I love your swing and the fully leafed tree it’s hanging from, Nancy. The little girl is darling and ready to swing.

I didn’t realize Bugaboo was still around! I had some really cute digis from them as well. Glad you found this one. It’s so cute paired with that PI girl. Such a sweet card.

Awww…such an adorable interpretation of the scene! I’d love to be sitting on that swing, enjoying the shade of the overhanging branches and sips of cool lemonade! Sooooo sweet!

I could have sworn I left a comment on this post already. 🤔
This is so sweet. Good thing you kept the digi on your computer… great way to incorporate tie in the swing from the photo.
