Hello, It’s August first! It’s really hard to believe! It has been a fast year despite all the downtime we all have had at home.   However, now it’s the weekend and time for Word Week at Just Us Girls.  The word as you can see is Travel. I have a graduation card for you using the fun Stampin Up Hot Air Balloon die. I love this set but never pull it out to use very often. Each section of the balloon comes in pieces so you can change the colors as you go down before you put on the overlay die.  I hope you can see and understand what I mean.  The clouds are from MFT.  I used lots of dimensionals to lift my balloon into the sky.

We have a new guest joining us this week and it is Lisa Elton!  Welcome, Lisa!  So glad to have you along!

Come join us at Just Us Girls we would love to have you. Nanc’

  3. Your hot air balloon is ever so pretty; perfect as a symbol for ‘graduation’ and the new journeys about to unfold! Crushing over your pretty choice of colours….I love blues/teals/aquas!

  4. Love the thought of the freedom you would get up in a hot air balloon. Just don’t think I could do it. Love your balloon and stunning background. Gorgeous colours too Nancy. Funny how we were on the same waive length this week.

  5. It makes me want to sail off into the wild blue yonder, Nancy. Great idea to use for a graduation card.

  6. What a great card, love that balloon and the layout is gorgeous! Plus I LOVE the color!!!
