Hello, I had some time yesterday to make a card for the new CAS(E) this Sketch…sketch. I am loving a new to me stamp set I got from SU called Celebrate Sunflowers. I guarantee you will be seeing this stamp set and or matching die set a lot in the near future. it is really fabulous. I started off coloring the sunflowers with my Copics with a touch of colored pencils too. As for the butterflies, those are from Pretty Pink Posh and the sentiment is from MFT. I had this piece of cardstock already stamped with the text from Simon says Stamps waiting to be used. As I was laying out all my pieces, I thought it looked a little plain all by itself. Mind you, I had already glued it to the back of the black frame when I decided to ink it up. I used a piece of acetate, made myself a mask and carefully inked it with a bit of Oxide inks. I think that did the trick and made it far more interesting.
I will also be linking this up over at Darnell’s NBUS.
I hope you are having a wonderful day, however you have chosen to spend it. Nanc’

Oh, you are a brave lady, Nanc’! But your mask was secure and I love the extra interest from the golden panel! It really pins the gorgeous sunflower blooms to the corners and I love the added butterflies! An awesome design!! Thank you for sharing with everyone at NBUS! Take care! Hugs, Darnell

I adore the multiple frames on this card. It is an eyecatching card. I am so sorry that I am behind on comments, I will blame it on celebrating my birthday.
