Hello, we have a great topping starting today over at Seize the Birthday. We want you to add texture to your card and or project. This card was fun to put together!
Here is a pic of the piece before I covered it up with the vellum and fishes. I used the fun Vicki Boutin Texture paste to get my texture but first I used Oxide inks with a water splash stencil. I used my MFT water die-cut for the vellum pieces. Look closely or you may have missed that.
I used Copics for my medium.
I hope you will come check out what the team has done over at Seize the Birthday! The cards are all so fabulous!
Take care, Nanc’

We were on the same wavelength for our texture theme! Of course your card is much sweeter than mine. Love the bright fun colours of your texture panel and the cutie-patootie whale!

Oh, you used vellum to make that underwater look, genius. This is a fun card and I love that you used those colors for the water.

Love the cute fish and the great texture for the background. The vellum is a great addition also.

Ah! There’s vellum there! I did wonder why it was looking a bit faded! 😀
Loving the colorful textures on this! I guess water backgrounds for fish are really flexible for creating textured, huh. Awesome card, Nancy!
