Hello, We have a very easy challenge for you this week at Just Us Girls. It’s Wild Card Week and Angie has chosen Word Dies. I don’t know any card makers that don’t have a word die or two lying around. The hardest part for me is deciding which one to use. This one is from MFT.
This card is a total CASE of a card you can find HERE! I fell in love with it and had to make one for myself. Mine doesn’t look half as good as hers. I overworked my color on the flowers. I made this card quite a while ago and I think I might try again and see if my water coloring skills have improved. I first heat embossed my flowers in gold.
The cards by the design team are fabulous this week! Come and check them out. We also have to say farewell to Karen this will be her last post with us. Karen, It has been a pleasure having you onboard and we look forward to having you back in our gallery again soon.
Happy stamping, Nanc’

It’s a beautiful card! And you’ve done such a great job with integrating the die cut with the background. Thanks for having me as Guest Designer. I’ve really enjoyed it, and you’ll definitely see me in the gallery again.

This is beautiful! Great watercoloring. I am trying to work with them, but it’s tricky. Love how you created the word die cut from that main panel. Lovely card!

I really like the soft watercolor look of those flowers and the subtle way you added the die-cut greeting without it detracting from the flowers, Beautifully designed and created!
