CAS Happy Holidays

I have some ridiculously CAS cards for you today for our next challenge at Just Us Girls. They work perfectly with the inspiration photo but I am a little bit embarrassed to even share them with all of you, as any 2nd grader or above could have put these together. LOL

I guess my Mojo went on vacation a little early, as this is also our last challenge for the year as we are taking the month of December off. Thanks to Joyce for being with us as our guest! We so enjoyed having you along.

Hope you will join us at Just Us Girls!  The team did a far better job than I.

Just Add S

Hello, I hope this post finds you doing well. Over at Just Add Ink, they are asking us to Just Add S to our card. Well, I think I have that pretty well covered. I have a Stencil, a Snow-globe, a Santa, Snowflakes, and Stripes for today’s Christmas card.

Remember you were forwarned that you would see lots of MFT stenciled backgrounds and adorable snowglobes! I am a tad obsessed at the moment.

Some card details: MFT-Tag, Christmas Stencil , LawnFawn-Snowglobe , SU-Sentiment , Tiny Santa-Neat and Tangled.

I am trying to resist all the stamp sales that are going on today, but I am not doing a very good job. I have made 3 separate purchases so far! Shhhhhh! It’s our little secret.

Take care, Nanc’

Just Breathe

Hello, I had some time today in between baking and prepping for Thanksgiving to get inky so I went in search of a challenge to join in on.  I found the Inkspirational Challenge and they want us to just Frame It. This card was fun and quick to put together.

Card Details: The Peony stencil is from SSS, the flowers are from SU, and the greeting is from SU.

I am not sure if I will be stamping and or posting anything tomorrow or not so I would like to take a moment and wish all my U.S. friends a Happy Thanksgiving!    I am grateful for ALL of you!

Hugs, Nanc’

There you have it! Two very simple cards!

Thanks for stopping in today!

Merry

Hello, I hope this post finds you well! I fell in love with the colors over at The Color Throwdown and have two cards to share with you today.

I have had this adorable snowglobe die from Lawn Fawn for a long time and this is the first I have used it.  Oh my goodness is it fun to put together!  Why did I wait so long? I will be making more that is for sure, so you have been forwarned.  I added the bow from Paper Smooches and his face is the cream color as well.  Had to make sure I got all the colors in. The sentiment is from SU and the background stencil is from MFT.  The majority of my Christmas cards I am making this year will all have the MFT stencil somewhere on them. I made 42 backgrounds altogether using white ink about two months ago and have been whittling the stack down ever since.  So fun and quick with a great empact!

Here is a close up so you can see the glittery snow.

Below is my second card! I am linking this up over at CAS Christmas Card Challenge. Over there they want us to use Non-traditional Christmas Colors. The scalloped circle is Spellbinders, the poinsettia is from Impression Obsession and the fern-leaves are SU. The Merry die cut is also SU.

Thanks for your visit and I hope you have a wonderful day however you choose to spend it. Nanc’

You Color My World

Hello, It’s Saturday and time for Color Week at Just Us Girls. This card was pretty quick and fun to throw together. I started off by taking my Alcohol Inks and just throwing the colors down with not much thought as I knew I was going to turn them into flowers anyway. Next, I used an Altenew floral in the background that was heat embossed in white. The sentiment is also embossed and it’s from your Next Stamp.  The flowers are from Stampin Up. The leaves are also a SU punch.  My colors came out a little more pastel than they really are but I took the photo in the sun. The weather has been truly fabulous here!

Hope to see you over at Just Us Girls! Nanc’

Seagulls Greetings

Hello, Over at Time Out Challenges the word they have for their challenge is Quick.  Today’s card is just that! I was mass-producing these cute Seagull Christmas cards yesterday and each one takes me about ten minutes to do. It’s a card I have made before and the only addition was to give the cute penguin a Santa hat.  I made the punny greeting on my computer.

I will also be linking this up over at The Paper Players for my second entry as the window to their CAS Holiday hasn’t ended yet!

Card Details: MFT- Penguin, and water stencil.  Oxide Inks. The Santa Hat is from Lawn Fawn.

Thanks so much and have a wonderful day! Nanc’

Sparkle and Shine

Hello, We have a fun and easy topping starting today over at Seize the Birthday! I have a quick and easy card for you using some foil mates (stars) and foil (Passionate Pink) from Gina K. Designs. This card is a lot more sparkly in real life than it shows.  Those fun candles that are also foiled and are from Elizabeth Kraft Designs and the sentiment is my go-to from Verve. I have a lot of dimension under the front panel and greeting.  The enamel dots are SU.

Come on over to Seize the Birthday and check out all the lovely sparkle from my talented teammates and our guest Julie!

CAS Christmas in Florida

Hello, I hope this post finds you well and staying safe and healthy. I have been in CAS Christmas card mass-producing mode and when I saw the challenge over at The Paper Players I knew they would be just perfect for their challenge this week. I wish these cards were for me to giveaway but sadly no…this batch is for both stores. Maybe I will get around to making a set for myself too. I so enjoyed making these and love the way they came out!

The Stamp set is from Art Impressions and I used Oxide inks for the backgrounds and Copics and Prisma Colored Pencils. The Merry Christmas greeting is from SU. Love the font on that one!

Thanks so much for your visits I truly really appreciate each and every comment you leave! This is a super busy time for me so I apologize for not reciprocating!

Take care, Nanc’

Pink and Brown

Hello, Today starts our new challenge over at Color Hues and the colors we have for you are Pink and Brown. These just so happen to be one of my all-time favorite color combinations.  I love how quick this card came together.  I used a couple of Stampin Up die-cut sets for this card.  They are Sunflower and Seasonal Layers.

As you may imagine the Color Hues Design Team and our guest Susie Moore did another amazing job with the colors.  Come check them out and play along.

Have a really wonderful day, Nanc’
