Hello, We have a fun and easy topping starting today over at Seize the Birthday! I have a quick and easy card for you using some foil mates (stars) and foil (Passionate Pink) from Gina K. Designs. This card is a lot more sparkly in real life than it shows. Those fun candles that are also foiled and are from Elizabeth Kraft Designs and the sentiment is my go-to from Verve. I have a lot of dimension under the front panel and greeting. The enamel dots are SU.

Fab sparkly shiny card, Nancy! I like the effect of using striped paper with the diecut candles – gives a sort of two-layer pattern.
