Stripes

Hello, I am back again today for the latest challenge at Just Us Girls, Angie is our hostess and she has selected Stripes as our Word. Before I get a head of myself, I need to also welcome our next guest! Claire Apostoloff is joining us this month! Welcome Claire, we are happy to have you designing along side us for the month of April.

Card Details: I started off by masking off my card base with acetate, this way I could make my stripes in three different colors using Oxide Inks. As you can see I had intended on making a small white line between colors and one is far more visible than the other. The stamp is a wooden block from Impresscardsandcrafts and the greeting is from Verve. This came out better than I imagined in my head. I actually like that the stamp looks a bit muted in the middle. I have clear Nuvo drops for accent.

Come on over to JUGS and check out what the talented team has done using Stripes, and hopefully you will be inspired to play along. Take care and stay well, Nanc’
