Hello, Today it is time for the next challenge at The Paper Players it just so happens to be our CAS week. I love all the challenges at TPP but the CAS challenge weeks push me to tackle something I am not very good at. Laurie has chosen CAS Birthdays for us this time around. If you choose to play along with us it shouldn’t be too hard for you! I so enjoyed putting my card together.
Card Details: I got out my old neglected Verve stamps; Cupcakes and Small packages for my card. The tag is from MFT-one of their old blueprint sets I do believe. I used gold thread for my ribbon and colored my cupcakes with Prisma Colored Pencils. The DSP is from Stampin Up. The Honey Dew drops always make the card better…IMO.

What struck me first about this design is the placement of the tag. With all of that white space, this is spectacular. then the soft colors add to the CAS design too. I think you have mastered CAS!

I love all of the pretty details on your little tag Nancy and keeping your detail limited to this quarter of your card meant you did a great job of preserving ‘white space’ – a fabulous CAS card!

Adorable, Nancy! I LOVE the soft colors. It’s a wonderful CAS card. Fabulous white space, and just the right embellies! I will say, however, I have a definite craving for cupcakes right now. Have an awesome week!
