Cheers to Your Birthday

Hello, Today over at Seize the Birthday we have a new challenge beginning. Tae Eun has chosen Framed as our topping this time around. Such a fun and easy way to add some interest to your card design. It was such a fun and quick card to put together.

I am going to also link my card up over at Addicted to Stamps and More where the challenge is Any Occasion.

Card Details: I have a mix of products for this card. MFT-Sentiment and Wonky Rectangles, the dotted die cut is from Sunny Studios, the Wine bottle and glasses are from Paper Roses. You might not be able to tell in the pic…the bottle is made out of vellum and the glasses are shimmery silver card-stock. The enamel dots are from SU.

Hop on over to Seize the Birthday sometime in the next two weeks and check out the fabulous Design Team’s cards and join us! Nanc’

  1. You used cheery colors for this cheery card. Yes, added a frame is a quick and easy was to make a great card. I adore this one for just that reason.

  2. Love angled framing — this is a very happy card! 🙂

  3. Vellum for the bottle – genius! Such a fun card! If you swapped out the sentiment, seems to me it would make a perfect anniversary card, too. Love this!

  4. Love how you’ve framed everything here Nancy, the angled position works so well, great idea to use vellum for the bottle too, love the pink and orange together, take care, Cathy x

  9. Wonderful card, Nancy! I love that diecut dotted panel – I thought it was patterned paper at first. Great idea to use vellum for the bottle.

  10. This is so bright and cheerful – perfect celebratory card. Terrific little details and I love that you used vellum for the bottle & silver for the glasses.
