Hello, Today over at Just Us Girls, Bobby is our hostess and she has chosen the word Harvest for Word Week. I gave some serious thought to this challenge and wanted to do something a bit unexpected. So I decided that I would harvest some grapes and make a wine card.

Card Details: I loved making this card. The Wine bottle and glasses are from Paper Roses, the brick background stencil is from MFT, the celebrate word die is from Impression Obsession. The DSP is from Stampin Up. I used a large script background stamp from Stampabilities to make the wine bottle label. Oxide inks for the background.
We have some news over at JUGS! Maria has chosen to step down from the team and I wish her well. To take her place, we have someone I am a huge fan of and I know a lot of you card makers will know her too. Please help me in welcoming another Florida girl to the team… Elizabeth Stewart! Welcome, Elizabeth! We are very happy to have you.
Hope you will pop on over to JUGS and join us and help us in welcoming Elizabeth too!
Take care, Nanc’

You are my kind of girl. Harvesting those garages was a great idea. Then you went over the top to make the wine. Yahoo!

Nancy… love all those small touches, the card is perfect. Glitter paper on the wine top? Bricks are stenciled flawlessly. Love it! I am so looking forward to working with you on JUGS!

How fun you used the “finished harvest” product đ

A really creative response to the challenge–I love the glittery topper and the great label for the wine bottle. You could get a job designing for one of the hundreds of wineries in the Finger Lakes!

Something unexpected is nice, Nancy, because it gives our followers new ideas. I love the brick background, like wine cellar, and the gold paper wrapping on the bottle.

I LOVE the direction you took with this challenge! Love the wine bottle with the “foil” top and script label with you glasses of wine ready to be tasted. Your background is awesome with the brick wall and wood table top. Hope all is going well with you.

Well as a very frequent wine drinker I can completely appreciate the ‘harvest’ association Nancy! I love your custom made wine label – looks like a very good drop!

What an awesome and clever take on the harvest cue word. This wine bottle is gorgeous. I love how you created every detail with the scripted label, the glittery bottel neck … Actually, it makes me think of a bottel of champagne and there’s no better to celebrate.
