JUGS-600th Challenge

Hello, Today Just Us Girls is celebrating its 600th Challenge! Quite an accomplishment wouldn’t you say! I have not been with the team since its inception but I have been with them since April of 2013. In honor of this milestone we do have a Prize up for grabs, so we hope you will play along. All you have to do is use 6 of anything on your card and or project! Rather simple I must say!

We also have a brand new Guest Designer with us, who needs no introduction, as she is very well known in this industry…Loll Thompson!! Welcome Loll, we are super excited to have you playing along this month.

I have used SIX layers on my card for today’s challenge, not including the card base, starting from the fun dotted background die to the top of my umbrella. I thought I also put 6 clear dew drops from Honey Bee Stamps but now that I am typing this up, I realize there are only 5.

I built my card around the white, grey, and pink part of the umbrella, the clouds, the greeting, and the bow from my bits and boxes drawers, so I may link up with the ladies over at Inspired By Challenge. I love cleaning out things that are too good to toss. I have been making a real conscious effort to do that a lot lately. I am also using a ton of DSP! If you look closely my white on the sentiment is definitely not as white as the card base. That bothers me…does it bother you?

A Few Card Details: The Clouds -MFT, Umbrella-Spellbinders, DSP-SU, Greeting-SU, The dotted background die-Sunny Studios, Bow die-Paper Smooches

The team and our New Guest- Loll Thompson have some great cards and or projects you must come check them out!

Take Care and happy creating, Nanc’
