Non-Traditional Christmas Colors

Hello, Over at Happy Little Stampers-Christmas Challenge they are lookin for Non-Traditional Christmas Colors. So today I decided on the color Coral Cabana from Catherine Pooler. Love her inks! Yes, I have another Heart for you again today….sorry about that!

Card Details: The Stencil is from MFT, the Christmas Trees are Impression Obsession, and the tiny stars are the inside of a border die from Verve. They are made from Gold Glitter paper. The greeting is from Verve too and one of my favs! I have added dimensionals to the trees for height! Card looks much better in person. Too sunny outside today!

I made quite a few of these cards in various colors so you may see another one some time in the future!

Thanks for poppin’ in on me today! Take care, Nanc’

  1. Fun colour to choose! Sweet card – and why would you ever apologize for putting a heart on your card? It’s a great design element.

  2. Great card, and really good color choice! I wouldn’t have thought of it. I don’t have any Catherine Pooler inks, but have been thinking about them for awhile.

    • Thanks Karen! I have about eight of them. I don’t reach for them as often as I should. Trying to make a point too. They are really nice.

  3. I love your non-traditional color choice and the white trees just really make this pop. Very fun! Thanks so much for playing with the HLS Christmas challenge this month! — Julie

  4. You have found a way to make interesting multi-layered cards without the layers. So easy to mail this way. That bright coral is great for a nontraditional Christmas card. And yes, the heart is perfect.
