Color my world with family, friends and some time to be creative making cards!

Pink Fresh Studio Challenge

Hello, A few weeks ago when it was World Card Making Day, Pink Fresh Studio started a challenge in honor of the special occasion and it was Anything Goes as long as PFS products are your main focus. So, I have had this note on my calendar since then and finally had a chance to put a card together. I spent a great deal of time thinking about the colors for this card and am very happy with my dark peach, grey, and green combination. I trimmed some of the stencil flowers down to make my layout work.

Here is a close up.

Photographing slimline cards can be a bit tricky, especially when you use a bit of mirrored paper.

I am going to link this card up over at Happy Little Stampers Stencil Challenge too!

Card Details: For my card I did an inlay on three of the five letters. Each letter is backed with the same mirrored paper that I made the decorative strips with. Those were made with my old Fiskars cutter and Victorian Blade. I used some Nuvo drops and glitter for the center of my flowers. I have clear sequins for a bit of bling and lots of dimensionals.

Products: Pink Fresh Studio Products; Slim Braided Circles, Kelly Alpha Letters, and Daisy Wreath Stencils. Oxide Inks

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have time today to do something that’s creative! Nanc’

  3. Truly beautiful card, Nancy. I love the colors and how the flowers weave around those braided circles.

  4. Such pretty colours and beautiful slimline design! The flowers look great with the fancy font of the sentiment. Thanks for joining us at Happy Little Stampers for the Stencil Challenge!
