Color my world with family, friends and some time to be creative making cards!

LOVE

Hello, Hope your week is starting well. The card I have for you today was inspired by the first challenge of 2022 over at The Paper Players. The theme that Ann selected is to add sparkle. I found this pretty pink shimmery cardstock, that I nearly forgot I had, and thought it would be perfect for this challenge and to start on some love themed cards too. I thought my Christmas cactus made a nice backdrop. They are so pretty and I wish they bloomed more than once a year, but then I guess they would have to be renamed to something else. LOL

Card Details: The heart die and Love dies are from Simons Says Stamps. The U die is from Verve.

We are having car problems and are a single car family so looks like I will be stuck home for a few days. Oh, darn! More time to craft! Although, I should take the Christmas tree down instead….NAH!

Take care and happy creating, Nanc’

  1. I’m definitely going to CASE this one! Love the way you’ve used the die (which I also own.) Your Christmas cactus is lovely. We’ve had some that have lasted many years, but some of them have bloomed at Thanksgiving rather than Christmas.

  2. What a cute heart die! Terrific card, Nancy!

  3. What an adorable card, Nanc’! This is such a beautiful heart die. Of course, the pink shimmery cardstock is right up my alley! And yep…your Christmas cactus is the perfect backdrop. I am so glad you played in my “sparkly” challenge this week at The Paper Players!
