Hi, I am back today as promised, with another card using that same color palette from yesterday. This time I am using this fabulous new Small Die of the Month from Spellbinders, called Day at the Beach. I am sure you are not surprised that this Florida girl had to add this to her collection! It is as cute as it can be and fun to put together.
I did have to trim the card down a half inch as I messed up the sides of the water while stenciling.
Here is a close-up.

Supplies Used: Some with Affiliate Links
MFT- Make Waves Stencil
Miss Ink Stamps-Perfect Plaid
Oxide Inks: Abandoned Coral and Peacock Feathers
A Few Card Details: In order to make my background I used a straight edge of acetate and some masking to blend the sky. In order to make the rippled edge of the sand, I used a piece of ripped paper. The waves were added last with a stencil. I used a stencil from Miss Ink Stamps to make my bathing suit pattern. I inked the flip-flops, and I have dimensionals for height and a few decorative rhinestones.
I am linking up with Darnel over at NBUS. and Simon Says Stamps, make your own background.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great day and or week ahead! Nanc’

I love this card so much I bought the kit! You’re an incredible stamper, Nancy, and you’ve inspired me so much! I’ve thought I didn’t need more small dies, but your use of these beach-y details and the MFT couches have led me right to the place order button! What I’m trying to say is – I admire you!
