Color my world with family, friends and some time to be creative making cards!

Happy Birthday

Hello, I hope you are having a great day. I have a Birthday card today showcasing one of Spellbinder’s newest dies called Enchanted Garden in the Winter Tales Collection. The collection is full of beautiful dies. The flowers and leaves that I have used are so whimsical and fun to put together and I was very pleased when Yana offered to send me these specific products to play with. The hardest part was figuring out what colors I wanted to use. I have a few more cards I will be sharing at a later date, so stayed tuned!

If you want to see the entire collection plus the items I used to make this card, I have affiliate links below.

Here is a close-up so you can see the background and the flowers a little bit better.

Card Details: First, I cut some strips of paper to make my white shiplap background on the base of my card. I just love doing this on a card. Next, I cut out a wreath shape using a circle die to make my wreath base. Then, I took the tree die from Spellbinders-Truckin Through the Seasons and layered the pine needles to form my wreath. Next, it was time to add the flowers and leaves that I already had made. Then, it was time to heat emboss a sentiment in silver using a stamp in the Spellbinders-Many Birthdays set onto an oval die. The sentiment was popped up with some foam tape. I added some silver glittered dots which are actually holly from the Spellbinders-Noel set. I have that small die on my desk 24/7 as I use it so often.

Thanks for stopping by and letting me share some fun new products with you! I hope you have a wonderfully creative day, Nanc’

  3. I am such a sucker for these kinds of dies, and you have used them perfectly here. Your colors really pop against the white and I love your design. Really, REALLY pretty creation, my friend!!
