Deepest Sympathy

Hello, It’s Saturday and time for the next challenge at Just Us Girls. Bobby has chosen Stencils as our Trend this week and I was certainly happy about that! Great choice, Bobby! Of course, I turned to one of my favorite stencil and stamp sets to make my card.

Card Details: Pink Fresh Studio-Choose Hope, Leaf stenciled background is from Miss Ink Stamps. The fabulous sentiment is so very old and from Close to My Heart. I love it and forgot I had it. I used Oxide inks- Peacock Feathers and Iced Spruce. Some clear Nuvo drops to finish it off.

Take care and happy creating, Nanc’

Just For You

I needed a quick card for a dear friend that is going through a rough time and decided to remake a card I made earlier this year. This card is a one-layer card and is a design and stamp set that is my go-to design that always ends in beautiful results. In order to make a one-layer card, I stenciled the flower and stamped the outline first, and then masked it off to do the heart background.

I am playing along with The Cupcake Inspirations as their beautiful photo totally inspired me to pick my color palette for my design.

Card Details: The heart stencil is from Honey Bee Stamps. The Choose Hope stamp and stencil set is from Pink Fresh Studio. The sentiment is from Altenew-Fancy Greetings.

I certainly hope you had or are having a wonderful day, Nanc’

Love You

Hello, I am back today and I am playing along with the TGIF challenge. What they want us to do is use a frame on our card. I have had this frame on my desk for a few weeks and it was leftover from this card I made HERE, and I just couldn’t part with it. Well, today I decided to put it to use. As you can see I decided to use my favorite set from Pink Fresh Studio- called Choose Hope.

Card Details: The outline frame was made with my Miss Ink Stamps Daisy stencil and Oxide Inks. The flower was stenciled with the PFS set called Choose Hope. I chose not to use the outline stamp and go for a soft look.

Hope you find some time today to do whatever brings you Joy! Nanc’

More Mother’s Day

Hello, I am back today with some more Mother’s Day cards using my favorite stencil/die and stamp set from PFS that I am still crushing on! I apologize in advance as you may just be seeing a few more of these in the next few days.

Card Details: I started off wanting to make a white rose! Next, I had to make a mask of my flowers which was very easy. Then I inked up the flower, covered it with my mask, and then did the stencil work. I had intentions of making one-layer cards and somehow ended up adding layered greetings on each one. All in all, I really do like the way these came out. The greetings are a mix of Paper Roses, Verve, and SU. The Daisy Stencil is from Miss Ink Stamps and one I really love! I added some Nuvo drops on each card.

Scroll down for two more cards!

This time I am playing along with two challenges; TGIF Challenges for their Mother’s Day theme and over at Time Out where they still have a Spring Challenge going on. This is my second entry at Time out.

Here are the other two cards!

I did a terrible job lining the outline stamp on the card above.

I sure appreciate you stopping by! I hope you do something today that is creative, Take care, Nanc’
