Happy Easter -Waffle Flowers

Hello, Are you ready for all things Spring? I certainly am! Not that we have had a bad winter, as we certainly have not. I am just ready for Spring because the pastel colors, bunnies, and flowers just make me happy.

Today, I am tickled to share with you my latest crush. Waffleflower had a Blog Hop giveaway last month, and I was so very fortunate to have been on the receiving end of one of their Newest Kit. The inspiration during the Hop was incredible. My name was selected from Carol H’s blog. If you don’t follow Carol’s BLOG and or IG ACCOUNT, I highly recommend it. I love everything she does!!

Enclosed in my kit, was this darling Bunny Ears Die and Layered Bow Stencils. Unfortunately, I am sorry to say, the die set is currently out of stock, which is no surprise to me, but the bow stencil is still in stock. Hopefully, they will get the ears back in stock soon, if you are interested.

In between all the noise and dust of our bathroom remodel, I had a great time putting all these cards together.

Card Details: Waffle Flowers- Bunny Ears Die and Bow Stencil. The sentiments are either old; Papertry Ink or Verve. I tried to make the second card a boy bunny and used a different bow to look like a bow tie, from Paper Smooches. The Postal die is from Hero Arts. The stitched circles are from SU, scalloped circles are from Sizzix. For card number one, I used some Nuvo Glimmer paste to add sparkle to my bows.

I just realized that on my last card, I got a bit of yellow ink on my bows. Grr!

I am linking up with Darnell over at NBUS as this set is new to me.

Thanks for Hopping by and I hope you have a very creative day! Nanc’

Swing into Spring

Hello, Happy Easter to you! I have had these cute little Spellbinders set for about a month now and had yet to open it. I know, that doesn’t make much sense with it being Easter and all! At last, I had a bit of time this afternoon to finally break the seal and get this cute little bunny swinging on her swing just in time for Easter.

Here she is in motion.

I am linking up with the following challenges. NBUS

Can You Handle the Pressure– where you must use an EF and the optional theme of Easter.

And over at Happy Little Stampers-Anything Goes with Dies Challenge

Card Details: Spellbinders small die of the month-Floating Bunny. The two Embossing Folders are both from Sizzix. The little flowers are made with a little bit of this and that. Rhinestones for the flower centers. Gold glitter paper for the greeting.

I hope you had a wonderful day and did something today that brought you joy! Take care, Nanc’

Hoppy Easter Again

Hello, I have another Easter card for you today and this one is very similar to a card I posted a couple weeks ago. The biggest difference is the green background I chose to put behind my wreath. I spotted a couple of cards this morning from dear friends of mine over at the Double D Challenge and they inspired me to play along. That and the darling mood board below. The bunny…OMG! The tops of the carrots in green were what inspired me to use my background color.

A Few Card Details:
Bow Die-Pink Fresh Studio, Wreath was made using a Sizzix leaf die cut out multiple times, the bunnies and eggs are from Spellbinders, the greeting is from Verve. The tiny flowers are also Sizzix. The postal die is from Hero Arts. There is a wreath base under my leaves from SU.

Take care and I hope you did something today that brought you joy! Nanc’

Egg

Hi, I am back today with another Easter card as promised. This one goes with Just Us Girls Word Week where Elizabeth is our wonderful hostess. She has chosen EGG for us! Perfect for this time of year. We also have a brand new guest joining us today that really needs no introduction, the fabulous Mac Mable is our guest for the entire month. Welcome, Mac!

Card Details: The bunnies and eggs, are from Spellbinders, the greeting is from Verve, the grass and scalloped edge border are MFT. The other decorative borders were made with my Fiskars. The tiny flowers are from Sizzix. I sponged the background behind the bunnies when the card was done…poorly I might add.

Easter Blessings

Hello, Hope you are doing well. Our temps here in Florida are rising and I am so very sad. I want Spring to stay forever! Luckily, hubby and I enjoyed the somewhat cooler temps (85) yesterday and spent the day on our bikes for our 30th Anniversary. It was a very nice day and it felt good to be outdoors by the water.

Now onto my card. I have an Easter theme for you today, with a few more to share in a few days or so. I am playing along with two challenges. The first is The Card Concept. They have an Easter-inspired photo for us. I have quite a few elements on my card like they do in the photo; the bunny with no face, carrots, small eggs, and the Easter Blessings sign.

I am also linking up with Inkspirational Challenges where the challenge is Critters that Hop.

Card Details: Bow Die-Pink Fresh Studio, Wreath was made using a Sizzix leaf die cut out multiple times, the bunnies, eggs, and carrots are from Spellbinders, the greeting is from Papertrey Ink.

Thanks for stopping in! I love your visits!

Take care and do something today that brings you joy! Nanc’

Easter Blessings

Hi, I am back today with another Easter card and this one is for the Tic Tac Toe Challenge that is going on. I chose the top row of Pastel Colours, Designer Paper, and Die Cut or Punch to make my card. The sweet little flowers have a coordinating punch.

I loved the colors so much, I made two cards!

I just have to add this card in over at Happy Little Stampers-Anything Goes with Dies.

Card Details: Most products are retired and from Stampin-Up and the greeting and small stems are from Verve. The scalloped rectangle is from MFT. I just love how this turned out. The DSP really helped it come along. I also have rhinestones in the centers of my Punched flowers.

Try and do something today that brings you joy even though your heart may be heavy!

Take care, Nanc’

Easter Blessings

Hello, Today over at Just Us Girls it’s Photo Week and Carol McFarland has chosen a fabulous photo to inspire us and hopefully you too! It is as darling as can be! Check it out below!

I am also joining in the challenge over at Just Add Ink where the challenge is to pick two. I chose patterned paper and layers.

Card Details: MFT-grass and stitched window, the eggs were made with an old Creative Memories cutting matt, oval, and blade. I needed a perfect size and I was glad I still had it. The bunny is from Avery Elle and is lightly colored with Copics. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink. This layout is a mix of a few cards I saw over on Pinterest that inspired me.

Thanks for visiting and hope to see you over at Just Us Girls.

Take care, Nanc’

A Little Bunny Scene

Hello, I am back again with another Avery Elle bunny card. This is actually an Easter Card minus Easter Eggs. My greeting is on the inside. I think Mr. Bunny looked so cute chasing butterflies instead of hiding eggs, so I left them off. The card just looked too cluttered with them there. It’s all about balance as my hubby has taught me.

I am linking up with Inkspirational where the Fur or Feathers Challenge is about to end, and Anything Goes Wednesday Challenge over at Simon Says Stamps. I am also joining in over at a new challenge site that I stumbled upon called Festive Fridays. What is so creative about this challenge is, they give you a list of items to pick from and you have to use at least 3 of them. For my card works with Clouds, Green and Trees.

Card Details: Bunny-Avery Elle, The rest of the supplies are all from MFT. I sponged some green and yellow Oxide ink on a scrap piece of paper and made the back panel that is behind the Heart tree for the leaves. Mr. Bunny and the clouds are popped up with dimensionals. I used a little Copics and Prismas to color Mr. Bunny and the butterflies.

I hope you have a fabulous day however you choose to spend it and if you are celebrating Easter with family, Enjoy! Take care, Nancy

Some Bunny Loves You

Is it a Balloon or is it really a giant heart patterned Lolli-pop? LOL

Hello, I am back today with another sweet bunny card using my relatively new to-me stamp set from Avery Elle called Some Bunny. I made this card with three challenges in mind. First, there is this great mood board over at Simon Say Stamps that started today at that sweet bunny just spoke to me, Next the Tic Tac Toe Challenge using the left column of; Bunny, Pastel Colors, and Dies. And last but certainly not least, for Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with Dies challenge.

Card Details: Stamps are from Avery Elle- Some Bunny. I inked my background with Oxide Inks. I made a quick hill stencil with a sheet of acetate. I colored my bunny with Copics. The hearts in the lollipop are stenciled with white ink and the stencil is from Honey Bee Stamps. I used Nuvo drops in the center of my floating hearts.

I appreciate you stopping by! I hope your day is spent just the way you like it! Take care, Nanc’
