Smile

Hello friends, Hope you are doing well! As you all know the Envelope of Wonder Etched Dies is still one of my favorite dies to date, so today I combined that with the new SDOM-Rain Boot Bouquet and it was a match made in heaven. When I was done with the card front I couldn’t decide what sentiment to use. Then I remembered the Fresh Picked Sentiment Die set released last month. I think the Smile worked out well this way I can save the card for any occasion.

Details: I did quite a bit of shading on my tulips, but because they are nestled in so tight, you can’t really tell. I also inked up the foliage but left the Daffodils just cream. They are so pretty and stand out so well they need nothing else.  The DSP I used is so pretty, but sadly I don’t know whose it is. The envelope is then adhered to a top fold card base that I doubled so that it would be extra sturdy. The word smile is shadowed in cream. The edge at the bottom of my card base was made with my Fiskers cutter. I just love the way the card turned out.
