Happy New Year…

….from our house to yours! That’s what the inside of the card reads. Hope you have a wonderful New Year’s Eve, whatever you decide to do and I hope 2010 greets you with many blessings! GTG! Need to go finish getting ready for our guests!

My New Year’s resolution this year is…. 1. Not to make the make the same resolution I always do- to get in shape! ( cause that’s not going to happen):)
2. To try and get more current on my scrapbooks!

Hugs,

How fortunate I am!

Wow what a christmas!! My son surprised me this year with a Cuttlebug and my Hubby got me a new Camera! I was so excited and felt very spoiled! LOL I have wanted a Cuttlebug for what seems like forever! Also, my camera died about 1 year ago and I was using my sons all the time! I got to play yesterday with my new toys, and then I couldn’t sleep last night because I have some Christmas money to spend and I was trying to figure out what embossing folders I should buy. Stamp Tv is having an amazing end of the year gift! You don’t want to miss it!!I am very Happy today! Anyways I hope your Christmas was as fabulous as mine! I failed to mention all the quality time I have spent with my family and you can’t put a price on that!
By the way inside the one card it says… I thank God for Snowflakes …. and friends like you!

Enjoy your Sunday! Thanks for looking!

Nancy

Are you ready??

Well I feel ready are you? I have everything purchased at least and I just finished wrapping the last gift! Now the only thing left to do is bake tomorrow morning and start enjoying what this season is all about! It’s been awhile since I posted or made a card for that matter! Yesterday I managed to make two cards and the one pictured below is for someone very dear to my family and I. We have known this lady for about 8 years and my son has adopted her as his Grandma. We met her when Tyler decided to start taking singing lessons, she was Tyler’s voice teacher. (hence the musical note)
I hope you have a wonderful Christmas Season and enjoy spending time with the ones you love!
This is also a card for a challenge over at Lord Have Mercy . I just love her Blog and am a big follower! She has Tuesday challenges over there I have always wanted to try!MTSC53
Take care,

Nancy

Manatee High State Finals

The football season came to an end on Friday night when our amazing Hurricanes competed at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando in the 5A State Finals against Plant Highschool. What an amazing experience it was for our son and the Marching Band. The Hurricanes have nothing to hang their heads about! We were loosing 21-0 at the half and came back with an amazing rally and kept them from scoring again and just fell short of a victory by 1 touchdown. Final score 21-14 Plant! I was amazed at how many fans made the trip to Orlando.
Here are two pictures of Friday Night!
I hope you have a wonderful Holiday Season,
Take care, Nancy
