Hello, We have a fun and easy topping starting over at Seize the Birthday today. The topping is monochromatic. My card was a lot of fun to create and looks so much better in real life. It’s very sparkly too. I tried to capture the shimmer in the bottom photo. I just had to get out this fun background stamp from Simon Say Stamps again. I colored this with my Copics and used a white gel pen and a dark blue Copic for the center dots. As for the sentiment; sending is MFT and the birthday wishes is Papertrey Ink. Used my Wink of Stella for the sparkle.
