Hello, It’s the first of May, say what, and time for the next Hues of Colors at Color Hues. We have a bright and fun color pairing that was selected by DT member Hannelie that I think you are going to love. I don’t enjoy making Mother’s Day cards being my mom has been gone for 26 years, but at the request of the store I needed to make a few. I saw this fabulous card over on Pinterest and it certainly sparked my inspiration, and how can you go wrong with the darling Bear from Ellen Hutson.

Before I cut out the mom die-cut, I used the challenge colors to make some striped paper. The bottom of the card to ground Mr. Bear is just DSP and a black strip of paper. I have three layers under the bear to give the card some depth.

Card Details: Bear Ware- Ellen Hutson, pot and flowers are Sizzix-Garden Shed, i love you is an oldie but goodie from Verve, and the MOM is from Simon Says Stamps.
