But boy oh boy or should I say girl oh girl I made it my own and it sure was fun and easy to do!  Okay, I couldn’t leave the boys entirely out since I have an only son myself, so here you go!  Some of you may have seen this boy card before!  If so, I apologize.  As for the girl card….The cover plate, and sentiment, and tag are from MFT.  The cute elephant is from Verve. The ruffle is a die from Spellbinders I do believe, and that tiny bow is from Paper Smooches. The Boy card…the paper is SU, the boat is Verve and the rest is the same.

  9. “Girl, oh girl”, but your card is a filly, fabulous creation! Bib, frills, pink hearts and a polka-dot ellie! Serious cuteness! And your boy version is a knock-out as well! A-DOR-A-BLE x two! Thank you soooooo much for the opportunity to play along this month; a highlight of my crafting career in every way! You’ll for sure see me playing along in the gallery!

  10. Oops…I meant ‘frilly’, not filly…although that is a ‘girly’ word, too *grin*

  13. Adorable cards ! What a great idea for a baby card! I need to make soon some baby boy cards so I love that you included a boy alternative for the girly card! 🙂

  14. I love the idea of using a bib for a baby card, Nancy, and I love the lacy edge on the girl’s. It’s great when you have an idea that can be created for either boys or girls.
