Hi,  Hope you are having a great day! Over at Seize the Birthday our Topping for the next two weeks is rainbow. I really enjoyed making my rainbow background on this card.  Those Oxide inks are so much fun to play with!  The stencil I used is from SU, the Wishes is from Poppy Stamps and the Birthday is from Neat and Tangled, and last but not least those Wonky Rectangles are from MFT.   I hope you will consider joining my team and I over at STB for this fun challenge!  Their cards are all FABULOUS too!
