Hello, It is Sunday once again and time for the next challenge at The Paper Players. It is Clean and Simple week and sweet Jaydee has picked Birthday as our theme.

Card Details: I used my deckled edged Spellbinders die to make a stencil. Then I sponged the background in various colors. Next, I stamped the Gina K Designs Hydrangea stamp set. Last, I splattered the background. The greeting is from Verve. A very quick and CAS card!

Hope to see you over at The Paper Players! Take care, Nanc’

I love that ombre sponged background Nancy and the blue tones work perfectly with your outline hydrangea. Simple and beautiful – and it totally inspired me for another project I’m working on too, so bonus!!

I guess I’d better make a stencil of my deckle edge die. This looks fabulous, Nancy!

This is so pretty! As Bobby says, I’ll be making stencils using my deckle dies! And the blues are lovely for the hydrangea (I definitely prefer the blue ones to the pink ones.) Oh, perfect splatter, too!

Your colors are perfect for the hydrangea stamp! The one layer certainly looks like more with the deckled edge for the frame and the splatters! I think splattering is an art form! One I haven’t mastered yet! Yours is spot (lol!) on! Have a wonderful week!
